LACO’s manually operated helium bombing systems utilize our standard gas charge manifold (LMGC-60 or LMGC-100) in conjunction with our standard helium bombing chambers. The manifold includes three main valves: helium fill, evacuation, and vent. The user connects helium gas to the manifold and then can manually control helium gas exposure to the test parts. LACO offers 4 sizes of bombing chambers to meet your part and batch size needs.
After helium exposure, the user can use LACO’s leak detector vacuum chambers with our TITAN VERSA™ Helium Leak Detector to determine if the part is a pass or fail.
