- All types of refrigerants, including R410a, R134a, and others

Gas sensor technologies we use to detect these other tracer gases include:

Helium is normally the most common tracer gas for production leak testing, with flexible test methods and best ultimate sensitivity. However, when helium is too costly, or if another gas is already used in the product, an alternate tracer gas may be used. This is most common when the product is already prefilled with the gas.
