  • High pressure leak test
  • Mix and boost helium gas to minimize cost
  • Correlate refrigerant leak to helium leak and validate for the customer
  • Heavy compressor on a power free roller conveyor

We engineered a custom leak test system using using the helium hard vacuum method with mixed gas booster and air proof test. 

  • Low cost horizontal cylindrical chamber with dual doors and integration to production line roller conveyor
  • Simple operator loading with pallet
  • Gas booster and custom software to mix and boost test gas
  • Integrated air proof test to 300 psia
  • Calibrated leak with master part to calibrate and validate the test
  • Enclosed pumping system to reduce noise
