Manufacturer of auto and industrial tanks and cylinders required a leak test system that could accommodate large test parts, high fill pressure, and fast cycle times

We engineered a fully automated, turkey leak test system utilizing the helium hard vacuum leak test method pressurizing inside test chamber. Featuring dual chambers, pumping systems, and leak detectors the stacked system resulted in a smaller footprint and fast cycle times. This dual-style system has four filling and automated loading positions with an automated gas connection to tanks.

  • Automated tank connection with quick disconnect valve on head stock (No internal hose).
  • Pneumatically actuated connector at end of chamber to interface with the tank head stock
to seal and supply test tracer gas.
