A manufacturer of auto components required a custom system for leak testing air suspension reservoirs. Customer requirements included fast cycle times, ink marking and bar code labels, and custom hard tooling to interface and seal with high tolerances on a test part.
We engineered a custom leak test station with a custom ink marking system to mark passing parts while still in the testing chamber.
