Our Helium Hard Vacuum Leak Test System features a single chamber with a mechanically retractable shelf. The test system includes 2 test ports where 2D-style single-use assemblies from 50ml to 50L in volume can be attached for automatic leak testing. The system utilizes hard vacuum helium tracer gas testing method with a helium mass spectrometer leak detector for high sensitivity, test reliability, uptime, and fast cycle times.
