In Helium Leak Detection applications, the cost of helium is carefully monitored and options for reducing consumption are considered. Helium Recovery Systems (HRS) operate on the basic principle of recovering helium exhausted from the leak test process into a flexible wall (balloon style) reservoir. The helium is compressed, then filtered into a high pressure storage cylinder. Helium concentration is continually monitored, and the reclaimed helium is delivered back to the leak test process.
