Global producer of temperature control products required a leak test system for HVAC compressors. Customer requirements included:
- High pressure leak test
- Mix and boost helium gas to minimize cost
- Correlate refrigerant leak to helium leak and validate for the customer
- Heavy compressor on a power free roller conveyor
We engineered a custom leak test system using using the helium hard vacuum method with mixed gas booster and air proof test.
